Step 5 – ID Documentation

Go back to step 1 In order for us to send your letters to the credit bureaus and  creditors we must have certain documentation in order to avoid delay tactics. Please scan or fax the following items to us ASAP (You can also take a picture of your drivers license and ss card and email us the picture) Please scan or fax the utility bill. Drivers License – If you are faxing please make sure it is a clear  copy we must be able to see all lettering and picture (enlarge if  needed) Social Security Card – Send copy of SS Card or other item with SS# on it Utility Bill – We will need a recent utility bill with your name and current address shown IMPORTANT NOTES

• We prefer DL and SS Card On Same Page
• Documents Must Be Complete (Do not cut off or take partial pictures of documents)
• We prefer PDF documents, we can work with Jpg but cannot work with tiff documents
• No cover sheet or other writing on documents please
