Learn how to “BAIT THE TRAPS” – Our job here is to entice the debt collectors to break the law, if they do then you Earn $500 Dollars

  • Your HUNTING GUIDE will create a customized “POKE THE BEAR” letter that you can use to send to all of your debt collectors when you are ready to start Earning $500 Dollars for each violation.
This “POKE THE BEAR” letter is specifically created to take advantage of language in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act – FDCPA that allows individuals the ability to provide debt collectors with a list of convenient times, places and/or people the debt collectors are allowed to call as well as what places, times, and people they are strictly prohibited from calling. The letter will also entice the debt collector to reactivate and invigorate their collection activities.


Once this “POKE THE BEAR” letter is received by the debt collector all we do is sit back a wait for our PREY (Debt Collector) to FEAST (Violate the FDCPA)  and BLAM!! We have BAGGED a big one!

Once we have successfully BAGGED ourselves a Debt Collector we then help you put together a case and transfer everything to our FDCPA Attorney. Our FDCPA Attorney will take the case and proceed with a lawsuit. If and when the lawsuit is won you will Earn $500 Dollars. 
The typical lawsuit earns a total of $1,000 and is split by the customer and us as your case manager. Attorney fees are paid for by the debt collector.
